I had Lexi come to give me some breastfeeding advice/support and it was fantastic! She is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and it has given me the confidence and determination to carry on breastfeeding with the further help of some professionals to correct the issues my little one is experiencing. Thank you! It’s good to know you can get great support like this!

Lexi was recommended to me by several people as I was having issues with feeding. I went to see her and she instantly suggested tongue tie, had a look in my 3 week olds mouth and found that she was right (despite the hospital telling me he didn't have it). She recommended a clinic (really lovely people!) where I could get it snipped and we went the following day. Baby and I are now getting to grips with feeding again and feeling more hopeful.

I'd highly recommend Lexi @ The Nest for a free chat and support (and tea and biscuits!) in a lovely relaxed environment. Really felt like some me time xx

I recently went to one of Lexi's free intros to hypnobirthing and a breastfeeding session- as a second time around mum you don't get offered as much support as the assumption is that you know what you're doing!! I found the morning just what I needed to get into a more positive frame of mind about giving birth again, and only wish I'd signed up weeks ago to the full course!! Lexi's advice regarding breastfeeding was also fantastic, and although I did successfully breastfeed my firstborn, it's very reassuring that I know Lexi will come and support should I have any problems this time round.

Thank you so very much Lexi xxx

I have just discovered Lexi and The Nest and am so glad! I have been having some problems breastfeeding my 5 week old and Lexi thought she might be tongue tied. She recommended a local clinic where they checked and confirmed my daughter was indeed tongue tied. We had it cut and now Lexi is supporting us in improving our latch and continuing on our breastfeeding journey. She is so friendly, kind and knowledgeable. The Nest drop-ins are relaxed and supportive, and a great place to go for help and to meet and chat to others in these early days.

Thank you Lexi!

You gave me all the support and guidance that I needed when I initially had trouble breastfeeding due to my baby's tongue tie - that you also so helpfully discovered.

6 months on and I'm still exclusively breastfeeding as a result of the great advice you provided.

I first contacted Lexi just before having our daughter for support for breastfeeding following a not very good birth/breastfeeding experience with our son seventeen months earlier. She visited us and we discussed these

feeding problems, and she gave us lots of information to empower us and feel positive going into our next birth. We had an elective caesarean booked for the following week as I had requested one following my sons traumatic birth that had ended in a caesarean. We felt so positive and empowered following Lexi's visit that we decided to cancel the caesarean (which I had requested my whole pregnancy!) and try for a VBAC with Lexi being our doula. This was one of the best decisions we've made. Lexi was amazing and such a huge support during labour, I really don't know how I could have coped without her there guiding me through every contraction. I ended up having a wonderful natural birth with no pain relief at all! Lexi stayed with us after the birth, helping with initial breastfeeding attachment and identified our daughter did have a tongue tie. We were able to be referred really quickly for a tongue tie separation before it caused any problems thanks to Lexi picking it up. She visited us postnatally at home and once again reassured us. Lexi has gone above and beyond with her support since our daughter was born, and has always answered my many messages reassuring me and giving me her invaluable advice and knowledge. Im so so thankful I came across Lexi and only wish I had known her when our son was born! Xx
